Well, we're into the first full week of 2015, and I'm just wondering...how are you doing on your New Year's Resolution? Did you make one? Was it specific or general? Was it
something you felt you should change or something you really wanted to change?
Obviously, change is easier when it's something you want, but even then, change can be difficult. There's much comfort in falling back into patterns we already know.
If you've given up on your resolution already or never started it, it's ok. Maybe a good resolution that would help you through the years is to give yourself permission to mess up sometimes. It's a true burden to feel that you must always be on the right track don't you think?
Every day is a chance to start fresh. So resolve to give yourself permission to start anew tomorrow.
